Overview:
1303 Larkin Street was an innovative affordable senior housing development built above a U.S. Postal Service facility through an air rights partnership. The project became a pioneering model and currently provides affordable housing for over 90 senior residents.
Role:

Manage and track energy rebates and grants towards the transition into an all electric building

SWISS AMERICAN HOTEL

Units: 66 Single-Room Occupancy (SROs)
Population: Low-Income adults & Seniors
Overview:
The Swiss American Hotel was rehabilitated and transformed into affordable shared housing following tenant-led advocacy efforts. Renovations improved resident spaces and helped create a community-centered living environment.
Role:

Compile and prepare documents used secure funding from the agencies: San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD), San Francisco Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF), and California Department of Housing and Community Development (CAHCD)
- Initiate and organize loan closing calls within internal department and external stakeholders

NEW ASIA

Overview:
New Asia is a proposed 15-story, 100% affordable housing development in San Francisco Chinatown that will provide 175 units for extremely low-income seniors. The project will include community spaces, resident services, and a ground-floor banquet hall while supporting neighborhood preservation and long-term affordability.

WILLIAM PENN HOTEL

Population: Formerly homeless & at-risk adults
Overview:
The William Penn Hotel provides permanent supportive housing through a Direct Access to Housing (DAH) program serving formerly homeless and at-risk adults. The project became a model for housing-focused public health and supportive service programs.
